CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations

Cancellations will be accepted up until Friday 1 July 1994. Unfortunately, they will attract a 10% administration fee. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations made after this date. It would be appreciated if all requests for refunds were forwarded to the Meetings and Events Section of the University of Southern Queensland in writing. Refunds will be made after the completion of the conference.

Accommodation

Accommodation can be cancelled up to Monday 4 July 1994 and an administration fee of $10 will apply. No refunds can be given for accommodation cancelled after that date. Neither can refunds be given for non-arrivals.
