- Earlybird Registration (prior to May 31 1994) $180.00
- Full Registration (after May 31 1994) $220.00

- Refreshments & lunch breaks conference sessions
- Welcome Reception on Tuesday July 5
- Spit Roast on Wednesday July 6
- Conference Dinner on Thursday July 7
The Registration Desk will be open throughout the
conference to process any late registrations.
